  • Click any cell to edit sets, reps, RPE, load, or notes.
  • Drag exercises within a cell to reorder, or across cells to move. Hold Alt while dragging to copy instead.
  • Drag the week and day labels to reorder the axes.
  • Inside the cell editor, use Apply to all weeks to copy a cell into the same weekday across every week in one click.
  • Run the Progression Wizard to apply a load delta across later weeks.
  • Enter loads like 75% in any cell. Set your 1RMs in the Schedule card and the XLSX export resolves percents to concrete numbers.
  • Use Load from CBL (top right) to resume a previous session from pasted text.
  • Download your block as .xlsx or copy the CBL anytime from the Output panel below the grid.
