Per-athlete depth
Open any athlete and you land on their competition-lift header: squat, bench, deadlift, each with the latest 1RM, delta-vs-prior, and date. The activity timeline merges every push, every decline, every logged session. The analytics tab plots prescribed-vs-actual RPE per lift and an e1RM trend with coach-recorded meet PRs overlaid as burgundy markers. The receipts are right there.
Roster patterns
Roster RPE delta ranks every athlete by how close their actual RPE tracks the prescription. Adherence ranking flags athletes under 65% in warning. Top-gainers leaderboard surfaces the biggest 14d strength jumps. Weekly tonnage sparklines per athlete sit on the right rail. The patterns you used to spot by intuition, now the dashboard's job.
Live updates
Tweak week 3 RPE? Push the change, your athlete sees the update on their next launch and can accept or decline. Every push is recorded in an immutable history so the lineage is never lost. Bulk push reaches a whole training group from one paste.
Roundtrip
RPE deltas (prescribed vs. actual), adherence ranking, weekly tonnage sparklines, top-gainer leaderboards, roster activity charts. Coach-recorded 1RMs surface as Hall of Fame entries and overlay onto e1RM trend charts so meet PRs and gym test singles never get lost in the log.
